  • Current Coggins And Health papers required
  • Stall checkin 10AM - 10PM Daily Monday-Saturday
  • If you are arriving early/late, call your Stall Manager at 417-350-1252 between operating hours to have your stall ready
  • One horse per stall, no subletting, absolutely no nightly rentals
  • Lock-downs will occur if horse/tack is found in an unauthorized stall
  • No tie-outs or portable pens allowed on Will Roger's property
  • If your travel plans change, please call the Patriot Office at (417) 350-1252, as soon as possible
  • Reserved stalls must be postmarked by Friday, Feb 1, 2023
  • No stall refunds after February 1, 2023
  • Few stalls will be available for purchase onsite, although it is highly recommended to book stalls in advance.  No nightly rentals will be offered. Onsite Cash or Credit Only.
  • By leasing a stall or making nomination into the Patriot Finale and/or JR Patriot Rodeo, I acknowledge that my partners and I have read and voluntarily agree to the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement found on this website.

Reservations open Dec. 1, 2022.  Spaces are Limited. Book In Advance. Call 817-392-7811 with questions. Completed applications should be returned to  WRMCRetail@fortworthtexas.gov   

Dry Camping is available onsite. Generators are welcome. You will be assigned a spot upon arrival. No Dry Camp Pre-Booking.
