How to Enter Times for Qualifiers
Enter the times

Register for a global ID
Entry siteNo account yet? Register for a global ID on the entry site, the same place contestants sign up. An email verifies the account before it is active.

Sign in early
Sign in a little before your event to make sure there are no problems.

Open the Producers tab and choose your event
Click the Producers tab at the top, click Choose Event, then Choose Event again in the second box. Contestants entered in that event appear, ready for their times.

Enter the times and submit often
Click Submit Data often. With several rounds, the times calculate only when you hit Enter. Contestants know at once whether they qualified.

Email the time sheets
Send a copy of the time sheets, as a picture or a scan, to approvals@patriotevent.com to be audited, or mail a copy. The results are unofficial until the Patriot office approves and publishes them.
A no time is entered as a zero. If the rounds are set up wrong, for example 1 round showing for a 2 round event, tell the Patriot office and it will be fixed.
Side pot entries
- A contestant enters a side pot as many times as they are entered in that event at your rodeo, up to 2.
- A time counts only in its own age group: a contestant entered once in the 15U breakaway cannot use that time in the 19U side pot. Their 19U times go in the 19U side pot and their 15U times in the 15U.
- Barrels and poles are the exception: see the sidepot information.
- The Fort Worth and Las Vegas results come as a CSV, a report each. The Ft. Worth Draw and Vegas Draw reports show who entered the side pot, and can serve as time sheets.
The side pot screen
- The Entry column shows whether the side pot is for Fort Worth, Las Vegas, or both.
- The buttons beside Place Ft. Worth and Place Vegas place the contestants in order, up to 10 places, even when only 5 qualify: the places feed the points for prizes and the added-money event at Fort Worth.
- The Qualified column shows where the qualification was earned.
