FT WORTH: In an event of a draw out or cancelation, the Patriot must be notified by email to be eligible for a refund.  Contestants are eligible 75% refund of fees for all events or reservations until March 6th. No refund will be given after March 6th. Office fees and convenience fees are non-refundable. No draw outs for Young Guns, Open 5D, and 2D futurity barrel racing or Pole Bending after draw is posted.  (No exceptions) Email: info@patriotevent.com.  Email must include name of contestant, global ID #, and specifics of the events or items to be refunded.  (No processing or office fees will be refunded). After the deadline these entries will be considered a TURN OUT with no refund.  If a stock charge is incurred by a turn out in semi-finals or finals, the contestant is responsible for said fee. In Finals or Semi-final no contestant will be moved up to fill a vacant position.  

LAS VEGAS- UPDATED DUE TO EHV-1 OUTBREAK- 100% of entry, stall, and RV, fees only until Friday, Nov. 28th, 5 pm cst.
