FT WORTH: In an event of a draw out or cancelation, a change form must be emailed and emailed to be eligible for a refund.  Contestants are eligible 75% refund of fees for all events or reservations until March 6th. No refund will be given after March 6th. Office fees and Convenience fees are non-refundable. No draw outs for Young Guns, Open 5D, and 2D futurity barrel racing after draw is posted.  (No exceptions) (No processing or office fees will be refunded). After the deadline these entries will be considered a TURN OUT with no refund.  If a stock charge is incurred by a turn out in semi-finals or finals, the contestant is responsible for said fee. In Finals or Semi-final no contestant will be moved up to fill a vacant position.
